In today's business world of continous change, planning is not a nicety, it's a necessity. Research continues to show that time spent planning dramatically reduces implementation time and rework. We have worked with several organisations to help clients define their vision, mission, and strategic objectives / projects and develop plans by which to achieve them.

All our work sessions are customised through front-end collaboration with our client to ensure fit with the specific requirement and deliverable alignment with internal methodologies and best practices.
All work sessions typically last between half a day up to 3 days, depending on the client requirements.
All our strategy workshops are based upon the concept of using facilitation in the development and planning of strategy to encourage dialogue amongst stakeholders which may be perceived as ”risky”, but which can address the two most common unfortunate results of strategic planning:
- The value of the workshop outcome was not realised as it never left the boardroom – a real lack of top management team commitment to the implementation of the strategy.
- The planning process and debate did not challenge the core assumptions of the business, and thus strategies were devised on incorrect paradigms and in most cases choosing those that are only politically acceptable to certain stakeholders.
Our premise and value proposition in facilitating strategy development is that successful organisational strategy planning arises when managers feel sufficiently liberated and empowered to make decisions that are not only politically acceptable to the stakeholders, but are also intuitively correct. This is why in our experience, managers are sometimes quite comfortable determining strategies and voicing their commitment to them in the workshop, knowing that they have no intention of changing anything they do personally to bring them in line with the stated strategy.
