Please Note:
Courses that teach in-depth technical skills for activities such as data modeling or process modeling require approximately 2 days each. The intention of this one-day facilitating IT Sessions, is a sampler course, designed to provide you with an understanding of the "how to's" in facilitating the specific types of IT sessions, and not to provide the technical knowledge required in being sufficiently skilled in the activity.

- Upon successful completion of the methodology toolkit course, participants will be able to:
- Effectively facilitate typical IT Sessions, using the FacilitateIT!™ Graphic Cards.
- Describe the IT Agenda Models that are part of the IT Facilitator's Toolkit and demonstrate their application such as in Information Needs Analysis, Process Mapping, Requirements Definition.
- Use a range of questioning frameworks which will result in leading users to their solutions through appropriate questioning techniques, thereby increasing ownership and the quality of solutions created.
- Map the range of requirements gathering techniques and demonstrate ability to use them such as:
- Actor Maps
- Use Case Maps
- Prioritising Requirements
- Context Diagrams
- Business Rules Definitions
- Map the range of generic group techniques that are often used in support of IT Sessions and demonstrate ability to use them such as:
- Brainstorming, Clustering, Labeling and Selecting
- Prioritise or rank
- Listing
- Envision
