Our FacilitateIT™ graphic cards provide the professional facilitator with a broad multi-purpose facilitation tool that can be applied across the spectrum of facilitation requirements. The FacilitateIT!™ graphic cards are used in conjunction with self-adhesive display sheets to allow for continuous repositioning.


The FacilitateIT!™ range of specialised and symbolised shaped cards include the following:

Title Cards (Blue)
(50 cards per pad) (rectangle)
 

Designed specifically for the FastPLAN™ group interaction toolkit, this card is used to illustrate summary activities and headings in project and strategic planning.


Task Cards (Yellow)
(50 cards per pad) (rectangle)
  Also designed for the FastPLAN™ toolkit, this card is used to explain and elaborate tasks and activities in projects, and includes features for team estimation of task durations and assignment of resources.


Deliverable Cards (Orange)
(50 cards per pad) (rectangle)

 

Designed specifically for the FastPLAN™ toolkit, this card is used to specify and label deliverables or milestones.



Topic Cards (Red) (50 cards per pad) (rhombus)

 

Used to illustrate structure, composition and associations such as in business or functional decomposition diagrams. Also used to represent decision points in decision-trees and process flowcharts.


Circle Cards (Green)
(50 cards per pad) (circle)

Used to represent or summarise information or events such as in process modeling and context diagrams.


Cluster Cards (Red)
(50 cards per pad) (Hexagonal)

Used to illustrate individual contributions. It supports the easy grouping of ideas into honeycombs by forming clusters such as in brainstorming, visioning or setting objectives.


Idea Cards (Green)
(50 cards per pad) (oval)

 

Used to illustrate and label information in business requirements sessions such as labeling use cases or business rules. It is also effectively used to summarise grouping of cluster cards into a summary heading.


Small Dependency Arrows
(50 cards per pad)

 

Used specifically to support graphical concept mapping, the arrows are designed to link the relationships and dependencies between the various graphic cards, such as in the FastPLAN™ toolkit.


Large Dependency Arrows
(50 cards per pad)

 

Like the small arrows, they are designed specifically to support graphical concept mapping, the arrows are design to link the relationships and dependencies between the various graphic cards.  The larger arrows allow for capturing of more dependencies or describing the type of relationship between concepts (cards).


Cloud Cards (Small and Large)
(50 cards per set)

 

Used to pose facilitative questions to the group, to focus specific discussion points or extract view points from participants such as expectations or assumptions. Used effectively to help visualise session topics, questions or headings.


Question Cards
 

Used to represent dialogue within the group such as commenting on contributions or reflecting on process, adding thoughts for further group discussion.


Responsibility Cards
 

Used to visualise different relationships, functions or responsibilities. These cards are effectively used in most JAD sessions such as Actor Maps, Use Case Diagrams or to represent the relationships between people and activities or functions.


Process Cards
 

Designed specifically for the ProcessMAP™ group interaction toolkit, this card is used to symbolise a process step activity, as used in a process flow diagram. This card has been based upon basic mapping conventions.

 

Decision Cards
 

Designed specifically for the ProcessMAP™ group interaction toolkit, this card is used to symbolise decisions, as used in a process flow diagram. This card has been based upon basic mapping conventions.


Document Cards
 

Designed specifically for the ProcessMAP™ group interaction toolkit, this card is used to symbolise documents that support the execution of process steps, as used in a process flow diagram. This card has been based upon basic mapping conventions.


Printable Sheets
 

Used to customize shapes and expressions or to create specific headings in a facilitated process. Available in A4 siliconised packs of 50, and be printed on laser or inkjet printers.


Facilitator Writing Boards
 

Ideal for concurrent process facilitation, where the facilitator needs to write on different shaped cards in the same facilitation process. These writing boards have sleeves to insert the cards and make it easy to write and tear.


Note: White Adhesive Display Sheets (1000mm x 700mm) are used to stick and display the FacilitateIT!™ graphic cards ensuring continuous repositioning.  The sheets are reusable.
