 Caroline is happiest when interacting and engaging with people – by nature she is a “peoples person”.
Having graduated with a BComm in 1994, Caroline pursued a career in Finance for 7 years. In 2002, she became involved with her husband, Jerome, in the start up of MasterPLAN Consulting. This led her on a journey of fulfillment as she discovered how she could combine her business and finance background with her love of people.
Caroline facilitates strategy planning sessions, conference retreats, business meetings, roundtable discussions and team building events. She is also the lead trainer for the MasterPLAN flagship 3 day facilitation skills training course, the Masterful Facilitator programme.
Caroline has a special interest in using visual metaphors to facilitate group collaborative discussions and decision making, and practices as a Graphic Facilitator. She is a standing member of the International Association of Facilitators, and a member of the International Association of Graphic Practitioners.

Caroline is an avid gardener. She is fortunate to work on a day to day basis with her soul mate, Jerome, and is a proud mother to two gorgeous children, Joshua and Bethany - whom to date are her greatest achievements.
