Jerome Passmore is a highly experienced, internationally certified professional facilitator (CPF) and project management professional (PMP®) with over 15 years' experience of strategy and project based collaborative and participative working. On average annually, Jerome designs and facilitates over 100 workshop interventions covering a broad range of strategic and project initiatives. He has worked throughout organisations: from executive teams to project teams. His wide and varied experience has seen him play management and leadership roles in a variety of large, complex business projects using his business analysis, general management, strategic, project, and training and facilitation skills. Jerome is considered by his peers as a leader and forward thinker in the facilitation industry and has a practical appreciation of what adds real value to a collaborative business environment.
He holds postgraduate degrees in Philosophy and Business Management. Jerome has held positions with DA Consulting Group, Project Manager (US multinational ERP consulting firm); X-Pert MD SA Operations (project management services organisation); Investec Employee Benefits, Head of Projects; and MasterPLAN Managing Director and Major Shareholder.
Jerome was the first facilitator in Africa to be awarded the prestigious title of IAF Certified® Professional Facilitator (CPF®) by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). Jerome is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
He is the founder and chair of SAFNET (Southern Africa Facilitator's Network) and is the Africa Regional Representative and Director of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).
